Il ristorante ubicato in un'ala del Castello con sale su due livelli, una di queste adibita a non fumatori, e un ampio terrazzo, che ospita nel periodo estivo circa 70 coperti, con veduta sulla vallata e sulle pianure che congiungono Modena a Bologna.
Situato, come spesso accade ai vecchi manieri, sul Colle più alto del Paese af-fiancato dal Palazzo del Municipio e dalla Chiesa Parrocchiale.

L'ampia e prestigiosa Piazza, lastricata in pietra bicolore forma una scacchiera dove nel mese di settembre in costumi cinquecenteschi si gioca alla Dama Vivente, dalla quale si accede al locale.

La nostra cucina, di impronta tipica-mente regionale, con grande varietà di piatti all'Aceto Balsamico, contempla altresì piatti di cucina internazionale e creativa, grazie all'indole e alle molte-plici esperienze accumulate dallo chef all'estero.

Ambiente signorile e arredamento in sintonia con l'importanza storica e la bellezza architettonica dell'edificio.

Si presta a colazioni di lavoro, cene a lume di candela e cerimonie (numero massimo di coperti circa 170).

The restaurant is located in a wing of the Castle that stands, as it often happens with old manor-houses, on top of the highest hill of the village, by the Town Hall and the Parish Church and looks on the wide and prestigious square, paved with bicoloured stone, that becomes a huge draught-board where, during the month of september, the game of living draughts is played by people dressed in XVIth century costumes.

The restaurant has halls on two floors: one of them is a non-smoking hall.

In summer, there's also a very wide terrace that can accomodate roughly 70 covers and from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley and the planes joining Modena to Bologna.

Our cuisine offers not only a great variety of typically regional dishes with balsamic vinegar, but also international and creative dishes, thanks to the Chef's skill and his experience abroad.

The restaurant is suitable for business lunches, dinners by candlelight, cerimonies (maximum num-ber of covers: roughly 170) and meetings in the big meeting hall.
